Job description

As a Tele caller - Sales at Geetanjali Homestate Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and driving revenue through phone calls to potential customers. Your primary objective will be to promote the company's products or services, understand customer needs, and persuade them to make a purchase or take the desired action.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Introduce Geetanjali Homestead's products/services and explain their benefits to potential customers.
  • Engage in active listening to understand customer requirements and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
  • Handle objections and address customer queries effectively to create a positive impression of the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in sales training sessions and meetings to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Comply with all company policies, regulations, and ethical standards while representing the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or sales representative is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in the local language(s) and proficiency in English.
  • Persuasive and convincing abilities to sell products/services over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or basic computer skills to manage customer data.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
